Two arrested for theft of refrigeration units from commercial shops in North Al Batinah

Muscat: The North Al Batinah Governorate Police Command has arrested two individuals for their alleged involvement in a series of thefts targeting refrigeration units at commercial establishments in the wilayats of Al Khabourah and Saham.

According to the Royal Oman Police (ROP), the suspects are accused of stealing refrigeration and cooling units from several shops in the two wilayats, causing financial losses to business owners and disrupting commercial operations.

The arrests were made following investigations launched by the police after receiving reports of the thefts. Authorities gathered evidence that led to the identification and apprehension of the two suspects.

The ROP said legal procedures are being completed against the accused in preparation for further action by the relevant judicial authorities.
