
Manama: Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, Crown Prince and Prime Minister of the Kingdom of Bahrain, received today Sayyid Badr bin Hamad Al Busaidi, Foreign Minister, along with the Foreign Ministers of the GCC.
This took place within the framework of the foreign ministers’ participation in the 167th session of the GCC Ministerial Council held in the Kingdom of Bahrain.
During the meeting, the Foreign Minister conveyed the greetings of His Majesty Sultan Haitham bin Tarik to King Hamad bin Issa Al Khalifa of the Kingdom of Bahrain. He also conveyed His Majesty’s sincere wishes to the Bahraini people for further prosperity, growth, security and stability.
During the meeting, the Crown Prince and Prime Minister of the Kingdom of Bahrain emphasized the solid Gulf cohesion and the strong solidarity of the Council's states in confronting challenges and risks, as well as tackling everything that could threaten their security and stability.
The ministers expressed their deep appreciation and gratitude for this important meeting, the Kingdom of Bahrain's hosting of the Ministerial Council and its successful presidency of the current session. They affirmed the continuation of the march of cooperation and joint Gulf action with all determination and steadfastness, thanks to the wisdom of the leaders of the GCC countries and their sound directives for the good, growth, and prosperity of the region and its peoples.
