Kuwait said on Thursday that a drone attack has set a second refinery ablaze.
The fire at the Mina Abdullah facility comes after an earlier strike hit the nearby Mina Al-Ahmadi refinery.
"Kuwait Petroleum Corporation announced that one of the operational units of the Mina Al-Ahmadi refinery... was the target of a drone attack, triggering a limited fire," the Kuwait News Agency reported.
No injuries were reported in either incident.
Drone crashes at Saudi oil field
As strikes were traded on regional oil fields, officials at a Saudioil refinery at the port of Yanbu said a drone had crashed near the site.
The Defense Ministry said they were assessing the damage at the Samref refinery, where a ballistic missile had also been intercepted earlier on Thursday.
Both Saudi state energy giant Aramco and a subsidiary of US company ExxonMobil use the site.
