Oman participates in GCC meeting on strengthening media coordination

Muscat: The Oman, represented by the Ministry of Information, took part in a virtual meeting of undersecretaries of information ministries from member states of the Gulf Cooperation Council.

The meeting discussed ways to enhance media coordination among GCC countries to highlight unified Gulf positions on current regional developments.

Participants also reviewed mechanisms for coordinated media engagement in addressing the repercussions of these developments on regional security and stability. They stressed the importance of strengthening joint media efforts among GCC member states to ensure effective communication and unified messaging during evolving situations.
